About Vagabond Sound

In my last ‘about’ description, I discussed my wish to travel through Europe and Southeast Asia, primarily hitchhiking and couchsurfing. Well, mission accomplished. For an overview of my travel style, visit this post.

I learned so much about myself and the world, during my nine months as an au pair, and nine months backpacking. I’m still unpacking a lot of it, so bear with me while I reminisce. I promise, there’s some useful information contained in these posts. Amidst a lot of rambling, and attempts to be funny. Enjoy!

  1. Beautifully said, there is nothing like just throwing yourself out there into the world to see what happens. Hope the people you meet are lovely and the memories all the more! Good luck!

    • Thank you, it was incredible. You remind me how terribly outdated this page is– I actually returned from backpacking just a little under two months ago. But I still have many more stories to share, hopefully enough until my next big trip!
